Hensoldt Inc. is a fully-owned subsidiary of HENSOLDT and a Delaware corporation which has applied for a Special Security Agreement (SSA) with the U.S. Government.
The SSA enables the Department of Defense and other government agencies access to the full capabilities of HENSOLDT, thus ensuring the protection of classified information and export controlled data. Hensoldt Inc’s Board of Directors oversees the company’s compliance with Security and Export regulations, and ensure that the U.S. Government’s information and interests remain protected from foreign influence.

Furthermore, the company provides mission-critical equipment for the Puma and Leopard armoured vehicles, the class 212 and class 209 submarines,and the German Navy’s K130 corvettes. Within the United States HENSOLDT provides the TRS-3D/4D for the Littoral Combat Ship, Freedom-Class, and the National Security Cutter (NSC). In addition to that HENSOLDT provides equipment to various US platforms – F-16, C-130, UH-60 Blackhawks and P3-C Orion.
